You can throw Master
Ball and make this battle very very easy, but I recommend you leave it for
other occasions, but this will be the strongest pokemon so using a Master
Ball is okay, but try to catch him with a Super Ball, and if it doesnt work
you could use Master Ball.

It sounds like if you're stuck then reading that FAQ would give you good advice, but then you should probably work things out yourself, but if you want to just get past this point then you should use it, but then maybe you should just try to do it yourself and if that doesn't work then use this guide.
I'd already caught Rayquaza actually, it was just funny to read, so i posted it, i used the master ball, cos i dont have any super balls, not to mention that superballs dont exist...
